The LTF80 is an 80' conveyor that can run in a horizontal configuration. This makes it ideal for loading ships, barges, and trucks. It can also work well in coal plants and mines where space is a factor.
The LTF80 conveyor has a belt width of 48", meaning you can load material with a maximum of roughly 40" in to the hopper. However, normal use for most conveyors is with a processed material no larger than 10". Materials used on this conveyor can range from compost, soil, mulch and other damp or wet materials to aggregates like crushed rock and concrete. But the unique part of this conveyor is that it is a lo-level conveyor; meaning it can run in a completely horizontal configuration. This makes this machine ideal for applications like ship yards or coal yards, so we often see this type of conveyor moving coal. We also have different types and sizes of machines for every application. You can see our full conveyor range here.
This machine can stockpile around 800 tons of material per hour, up to a stockpile height of 28' 9". Different materials will change throughput and how the machine operates. If this is too much or too little we have machines that can screen to match your pace, just let us know what you need.
On average, our customers pay $3200-$3600 per month for this machine, on a 5 year plan with ~6% interest rate. Pricing varies depending on your credit, your business' liquidity, and the term of the loan. Or you can simply purchase for $190,000 delivered direct, anywhere in the U.S. mainland.
