The KOMPATTO 104 is an affordable entry level screen ideally suited for small to medium sized operators and contractors who require a versatile product capable of operating in a number of applications such as sand and gravel, aggregates and recycling. With its rapid set up time, ease of operation and features such as A high performance double deck screen box and two hydraulically folding stockpile conveyors as standard this really is an excellent solution for a variety of applications with capacity of up to 250tph.
The Kompatto 104 is a fine screen, meaning it works best when screening down to a very fine grade of material like sand or fine topsoil, and is best suited to dry materials. We also have different types and sizes of machines for every application. You can see our full screening range here.
This OMF screener can technically process any material up to the clearance between the conveyor and the screen deck. However, dropping material of this size on to the screens will likely damage them or could block the machine, so we recommend keeping the max material going into this machine below 8". From here, this machine will produce very fine grade products, adjustable to thousands of an inch when using the likes of piano wire in the screen decks. Our material experts are available to speak to you about your application and the correct screen deck setup for this machine. If you need a machine to screen down smaller or larger than this, we also have a range of machines to suit every application.
This machine will output around 275 tons per hour of material across its three output conveyors. Note that this 275 tons will be split across 3 different material sizes. So if you are only interested in producing one or two types of material a different screener such as a trommel screen may be more suitable, although this machine can also be set up to produce two materials. Different materials will change throughput and how the machine operates. If this is too much or too little we have machines that can screen to match your pace, just let us know what you need.
On average, our customers pay $2400-$3200 per month for this machine, on a 5 year plan with ~6% interest rate. Pricing varies depending on your credit, your business' liquidity, and the term of the loan. Or you can simply purchase for $137,000 delivered direct, anywhere in the U.S. mainland.
