The Ultra 3WAY is a compact three product screener, that can be fully operated from one side, giving a 180 degree operating footprint. The unit features the 10ft x 4ft double deck that is used on the Ultra Deck, and can process material at rates of up to 80 – 100 TPH. The 3WAY is suited to screening a wide range of products, mainly soils and aggregates, biomass wood chip, compost, glass and waste.
This Ultra Screeners 3 way screen is a scalping screen, meaning it is versatile and can work with a range of materials, from topsoil to construction and demolition waste. It can process damp or sticky materials like compost, but it is best suited to dry materials. We also have different types and sizes of machines for every application. You can see our full screening range here.
This screener can technically process any material up to the width of the screen deck (roughly 4'). However, dropping material of this size on to the screens will likely damage them, so we recommend keeping the max material going into this machine below 15". From here, the dual deck screen can be set up to output a range of material sizes from fine topsoil at 1/4" to 5" oversize. Our material experts are available to speak to you about your application and the correct screen deck setup for this machine. If you need a machine to screen down smaller or larger than this, we also have a range of machines to suit every application.
This machine will output up to 100 tons per hour of material across its three output conveyors. Note that this 100 tons will be split across 3 different material sizes. So if you are only interested in producing one or two types of material a different screener such as a trommel screen may be more suitable, although this machine can also be set up to produce two materials. Different materials will change throughput and how the machine operates. If this is too much or too little we have machines that can screen to match your pace, just let us know what you need.
On average, our customers pay $2100-$2400 per month for this machine, on a 5 year plan with ~6% interest rate. Pricing varies depending on your credit, your business' liquidity, and the term of the loan. Or you can simply purchase for $120,500 delivered direct, anywhere in the U.S. mainland.
