When and how was the company founded?

ARK is a new brand of equipment founded in 2021, but has a long heritage stemming from building equipment for other manufacturers. Realizing the need to recycle construction debris after things like earthquakes or building demolition, the first machines were engineered.  The idea of recycling demolition debris was the impetus for the brand and thus began an intense focus on craftsmanship, use of high tech, and built in quality.
