Machinery Partner Equipment Business Joins MPM Equipment

Machinery Partner is excited to share that its equipment distribution and customer support business has been acquired by MPM Equipment, a consortium of equipment distribution and financing executives who came together to grow the company further.
This marks an important next step for Machinery Partner’s equipment business and creates a stronger foundation for serving customers, manufacturers, dealers, lenders, and service partners.
Most importantly, day-to-day operations will continue without interruption. Equipment sales, customer support, parts coordination, financing assistance, deliveries, and service support will remain active and available to customers.
Machinery Partner was built around a simple idea: buying and operating heavy equipment should be easier, more transparent, and better supported.
Over the years, the company has helped customers evaluate equipment options, secure financing, coordinate logistics, and access support after purchase.
MPM Equipment shares that customer-first approach and is committed to building on the work Machinery Partner has already done.
As part of this next chapter, Machinery Partner’s equipment business will continue focusing on what matters most: helping customers find the right machines, keep their operations moving, and make confident equipment decisions.

This transaction follows the acquisition of the software and AI of Machinery Partner by Phoenix Tailings as shared earlier this year.

1. Will my current order, quote, or delivery timeline change?
No. Existing orders, quotes, deposits, and delivery coordination will continue to be supported. Customers with active orders should continue working with their current Machinery Partner contact for updates, logistics, and next steps.
2. Will you be representing the same lines of equipment?
No.
MPM Equipment will continue to work with all lines present on the website including Barford, Terex, RubbleCrusher, Screen Titan, Portable Stackers.
The Olnova, Merris, Omega Crushing, Gorilla lines were not part of this transaction, and will not be carried by MPM Equipment (doing business as Machinery Partner). These lines remain governed by the original sales agreement signed between the client and Machinery Partner Inc.Machinery Partner as operated by MPM Equipment will no longer be an authorized dealer for those manufacturers.
3. Will my machine still be supported after the acquisition?
Yes. Machines purchased through Machinery Partner will continue to be supported unless you’ve been notified otherwise. Customers can continue reaching out for help with service coordination, maintenance questions,and general equipment guidance.
For warranty claims and parts orders, OLNOVA, Merris (KrushTech and WX Burners) and Omega Crushing have elected to support and service clients directly. If you have acquired or serviced equipment of these brands through Machinery Partner, we are reaching out to provide you directly your newest points of contact.
4. Who should I contact if I need parts, service, or support?
Customers should continue using their existing Machinery Partner contacts, phone numbers, and email channels unless they are notified otherwise. The goal is to keep support simple and uninterrupted during the transition.

5. Will my warranty, financing, or payment terms change?
Existing warranty coverage, financing arrangements, and payment terms remain in place unless a customer is contacted directly about a specific administrative update. Customers do not need to reapply for financing or take action at this time.

6. Do I need to do anything because of the acquisition?
No immediate action is required from customers. Machinery Partner and MPM Equipment are focused on making the transition smooth, maintaining continuity, and ensuring customers continue receiving the same practical, responsive support they expect.
