Machinery Partner Software Acquired by Phoenix Tailings, Equipment Sales Continues

Machinery Partner is excited to announce that the AI, automation, and operational technology assets developed over the past five years have been acquired by Phoenix Tailings to help build the future of critical materials production in the United States.

As part of the transaction, members of the Machinery Partner technology and AI team will join Phoenix Tailings to help accelerate industrial AI, automation, and digital factory systems for rare earth and critical materials production.

Machinery Partner’s equipment distribution and support business will continue operating independently and remains fully committed to supporting customers, manufacturers, dealers, and service partners across the United States.
