Shipping policy

This shipping policy outlines shipping for large machinery, such as crushers and screeners, and does not apply to spare parts. For spare part shipping inquiries, please contact our service and support department at +1 800 329 3375.

Shipping Costs Summary

  • New Equipment Orders: Machinery Partner covers international shipping from the manufacturer to the U.S. holding yard for all new equipment purchases. Domestic transportation within the U.S. is the customer’s responsibility unless covered under an active MP360 Premium Package, which includes domestic delivery within the mainland U.S.
  • Used and Dealership Equipment: Shipping not included; costs provided by sales representative and will be made clear to you before purchase.

1. Order Processing and Shipping Times

After you have bought a machine with Machinery Partner, the order process will begin right away. Shipping time is an estimate. For machines already in the USA, shipping typically takes 7 days. For machines not in the country, it typically takes 6-8 weeks for the order to ship internationally and pass customs. Your sales representative will provide an estimated ship date at the time of purchase and will be in close contact with you as shipping approaches. Please note that these are estimates, as shipping delays or hold-ups at ports are outside our control.

2. Shipping Costs

  • New Equipment Orders: Machinery Partner provides international shipping from the manufacturer to the U.S. holding yard for all new machines.
  • Domestic shipping from the holding yard to your location is the customer’s responsibility, unless your purchase includes an active MP360 Premium Package, which covers domestic delivery within the mainland U.S.Customers in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico will receive a separate quote for shipping from the U.S. mainland. Pricing does not include any state tax, duties, or tariffs. Shipping costs will be confirmed at the time of purchase, and estimates are available upon request.
  • Used and Dealership Equipment: Shipping is not included for used or dealership equipment. Dealership equipment is currently not listed on our website and refers to equipment sold through Machinery Partner as a third-party facilitator. Used equipment is clearly marked on our website and will also be clarified by your sales representative if you are purchasing a used unit. You will be made aware of the shipping costs in your sales agreement and by your sales representative.

3. Shipping Areas

  • Currently, we do not ship outside of the USA.

4. Special Conditions

  • Spare Parts: This policy applies to machinery only. For information on spare parts shipping, please contact our service department.

5. Order Tracking

  • Our Logistics Team will be in contact throughout the shipping process to keep you you updated.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Machinery Partner covers the initial shipping from the manufacturer to the USA. For domestic transportations, any additional state taxes or tariffs are not included in the shipping costs.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • In the event your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact Machinery Partner for further steps. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

8. Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges

  • For more information on fees, returns, cancellations, and exchanges, please refer to your sales agreement or contact your sales representative.
