Machinery Partner Technology Acquired by Phoenix Tailings

Machinery Partner is excited to announce that the AI and technology assets developed over the past five years at Machinery Partner have been acquired by Phoenix Tailings as part of their efforts to build the future of mining and critical materials production in the United States.

Since inception, Machinery Partner has focused on a simple idea: bringing modern technology, automation, and operational visibility to an industry that has historically lacked software infrastructure. Over the last five years, our team built systems capable of supporting hundreds of equipment locations, thousands of service tickets and parts orders, and a nationwide service operation with a high degree of automation and operational visibility.

As part of this transaction, members of the Machinery Partner technology and AI team will join Phoenix Tailings to help accelerate the deployment of industrial AI, operational systems, and advanced manufacturing infrastructure in the mining and critical materials sector. We are incredibly proud of the work the team has accomplished and excited to see that technology applied to one of the most important industrial challenges of this generation.

At the same time, Machinery Partner’s equipment distribution and support business continues to operate independently and remains fully committed to supporting customers, manufacturers, dealers, and service partners across the United States. Our day-to-day operations, customer support, parts fulfillment, equipment deliveries, and service infrastructure continue uninterrupted.

The operational experience gained from managing equipment fleets, service workflows, logistics, and sensor data across the country has positioned Machinery Partner to continue operating as a stable and highly capable equipment distribution company. We remain focused on helping customers source, operate, and maintain industrial equipment with greater transparency, responsiveness, and uptime.
