The FleXiever Skid 3 Fractions is built for high-capacity screening, processing between 55 and 132 tons per hour with precision. This portable screener is mounted on a container chassis with dual conveyors, making it easy to transport via a lorry with a container hook system.
Equipped with a 6’ x 6’ two-deck screen, it handles materials up to 3.15 inches and outputs fine fractions as small as 0.02 inches. Powered by a fuel-efficient 32 HP Diesel Kubota D1105 engine consuming just 1.1 gallons per hour, it offers reliable performance for demanding jobs.
